With marvellous views of the surrounding alpine landscape, this cosy farmhouse will soon feel like your home away from home. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, sitting area, bathroom, television and wireless internet access, and either a terrace or a balcony. Our guests are offered many unique culinary delights and can enjoy produce directly from our farm such as herbal teas, herbal salts, berries, vegetables, eggs, as well as honey, and even Schnapps from our region. We are also happy to provide fresh bread-rolls from the local baker to our guests upon request.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and includes a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and WC, and the room "Kamille" including a double bed, shower, and WC.

Apartment Holunder with a Balcony (4-6 persons)

Our apartment Holunder offers 50m² of comfortable living space for your relaxed holiday in the Alps. Enjoy the delightful living room area with the fully-equipped kitchen, the cosy double bedroom, conservatory, and bathroom with a shower and WC. An extra special feature is the sleeping area "Juchee" suited for 2 guests on the top floor with spectacular views of the mountains. Upon request, we can include the room "Lavendel" which offers a double bed, satellite television, shower, WC, and a balcony.

• The rates are charged in EURO per apartment per day for the number of persons indicated.
• Reductions available for children staying in the room with their parents: children under the age of 3 stay for free, children under the age of 14 receive a 50% reduction.
• The local tax of 2.60 EURO is charged per night per person.
• Short-stay surcharge: 1 to 3 nights: 6 /10 EURO per person and night (depending on low/ high season)
